The grounds are fenced off from the river walkway, but guests can access this river trial through a private gate. Off the back of the home is a beautiful new patio and pool complex. With a built-in barbeque bar, hot tub, and fantastic new pool – guest will want to spend plenty of time relaxing in this area of the property. The grounds include an outdoor basketball area, a gated entrance, and enough parking for a dozen cars and a couple motor homes.
